Terri’s real estate career started in La Jolla, California, in 1992--the beginning of a major market downturn which lasted several years. She and her husband had just moved from Tokyo to take advantage of real estate opportunities. Initially, most of her and her husband’s clients were international buyers of investment luxury properties. In 2003 the Tsuchida family moved to the South Bay and have loved living here ever since.

Terri is respected among her colleagues and maintains a large network in the real estate community, thus, giving her buyer clients the advantage of possible off-market property and pocket listing opportunities.  Her sellers benefit from her concierge style service--helping them prepare their home with grace and minimum stress--to achieve the highest and best offers. This aligned with the global marketing muscle of Coldwell Banker, Terri ensures her clients extraordinary results.

As a homeowner herself, Terri has bought and sold many wonderful homes and in doing so has experienced the emotional and physical aspects of moving. These experiences have empowered her with empathy for her clients and drive her to make their experience as smart and stress free as possible. She finds joy in building deep connections and has actively supported the College Women’s Association of Japan, Junior League of San Diego, St. Francis Episcopal Church, Nishiyamato Academy of California, Rolling Hills Country Day School, and Loyola High School of Los Angeles.
